As part of Israel Space Week, Rakia Mission, together with Planetanya and the Israel Space Agency, is pleased to invite you to a unique and inspiring lecture by astronaut Sian Proctor.
In this one-of-a-kind talk, Dr. Sian Proctor, the first African American woman to pilot a spacecraft on an all-civilian mission, shares her extraordinary journey from the university classroom to orbit around Earth. A geologist, astronaut, pilot on the Inspiration4 mission, and a practicing artist, Dr. Proctor offers a rare behind-the-scenes look at human spaceflight and the mindset required to reach space.
This is not just a talk about space - it is an invitation to see our planet, and ourselves, from an entirely new perspective.
